I have been somewhat lax in my submission of omens to the posts. This past Sunday, November 1st the Grove celebrated Samhain and honored our Ancestors, particularly those newly deceased.
I pulled Iodadh, the Yew Tree which indicates “Death and Rebirth” H’Uath, the Hawthorn which indicates caution in moving too quickly without waiting, and nGetal, the Broom/Reed which indicates forward action.
I interpret this to mean that at this most critical moment in our modern history we have to be careful about the movements we make without being cautious. The cycle of life, death, and rebirth is one that our Ancestors have gone through time and time again, and we need to make sure that there is a safe and secure world to return to! Forward action is fine if we have taken the time to know the consequences of our actions.
